Day-of Wedding Coordination

Day-of Coordination

  • 15 Hours of Day-of Wedding Services, includes:

    • Pre-Wedding Details (i.e., creation and drop off of hotel welcome bags, preparing wedding favors, etc.)

    • Manage ceremony set-up and decor

    • Manage reception set-up and decor

    • Set up of additional tables (bar and food menus, gift table, welcome table, special champagne glasses, etc.)

    • Ensure vendor arrivals and set-up

    • Manage last-minute changes or situations (excessively drunk guests, catering issues, timing problems, dress or hair issues, etc.)

    • Direct wedding party and manage bouquets and boutonnieres

    • Manage ushers and program hand outs

    • Maintain wedding timeline (coordination with vendors, communication with family and friends giving toasts, etc.)

    • Assist with clean-up including collecting gifts and securing with designated person

    Pre-Wedding Consultation (up to 60 days prior):

    • Create wedding timeline

    • Confirm vendor responsibilities, rental information, and set up areas

    • Clarify all wedding details and goals with the couple

    • Review all details the week-of the wedding: Review timeline and photo requests with photographer, confirm timeline and songs with DJ and MC

    • Manage ceremony rehearsal run-through

    • Phone and email check-ins when needed
